● To enjoy your waterproof jewelry for a long time, contact with aggressive chemicals (e.g., disinfectants, chlorinated water, saltwater) should be avoided. If the waterproof jewelry comes into contact with chemicals, rinse it afterwards with clear water.
● Clean the stainless steel and titanium jewelry with a soft cloth, mild soap, and lukewarm water.
In general, we advise our customers to remove gold-plated copper and 925 silver jewelry when showering, sleeping, washing hands, or exercising, to enjoy it for longer and maintain its beautiful shine.
Depending on usage, skin type (pH level), and adherence to the care instructions, the gold plating on copper and silver lasts for different lengths of time.
Over time, the jewelry absorbs the natural fats & oils from the skin. The effects on the gold plating also vary due to differences in acidity (pH level) from person to person.
● Aggressive shampoos and soaps with dyes can damage your jewelry and lead to discoloration. Therefore, please do not shower or bathe with our jewelry.
● Direct contact of gold-plated jewelry with cosmetics & chemical substances can lead to discoloration. It's best to put on your jewelry only after you have finished applying makeup and perfume.
● Chemicals, strong heat, excessive sweat, saltwater, and chlorine can be harmful to the jewelry.
● Clean your jewelry with soft cleaning cloths or in lukewarm water.
● Store the jewelry in a dry place - so not in the bathroom.
However, traces of nickel cannot be excluded.
