Our jewelry is made of stainless steel, 316L surgical steel, copper, 925 silver or titanium and is gold plated with up to 18 carat gold.

We attach great importance to quality when manufacturing our jewelry in order to achieve a consistent color.
Therefore, we always pay attention to high-quality and  long-lasting  gilding.

Our jewelry from stainless steel and titanium are waterproof and do not discolor when in contact with water. The waterproof jewelry is indicated in the item description  with the  A notice "🌊 waterproof "  marked.

Basically, we advise our customers to use gold-plated copper  and 925 silver jewelry at  Showering, sleeping,  hand washing  or  sport  to enjoy it for even longer and to preserve its great shine.

● Chemicals, extreme heat, excessive sweat, salt water and chlorine can be damaging to jewelry.

● Direct contact with hand cream, body cream, body spray, hair spray, nail polish remover or perfume should be avoided.

● Clean your jewelry with soft cloths.

● Store the jewelry in a dry place - not in the bathroom.

All our jewelry is nickel-free and therefore allergy-friendly. From personal experience, it is important to us that our jewelry not only looks beautiful, but is also comfortable to wear. That's why we pay particular attention to using materials that are particularly skin-friendly.🥰

Traces of nickel cannot be excluded.

We expect you to take care of your jewelry. They are sturdy, but not indestructible. We hope you understand that our warranty does not cover excessive neglect or improper treatment. Avoid contact with  Substances such as perfumes & creams or heavily chlorinated water,  that can attack the alloys. Of course, we do our best to make everything as resistant as possible by applying additional protection.

Even after 365 days, we are available to address any concerns and will work to find a satisfactory solution.
